UNITED INFRARED MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
When purchasing membership to United Infrared, you must be prepared to download and return a signed agreement to us within 30 days. To view the agreement before purchase, you may do so.

REFUND OF THE MEMBERSHIP FEE
If you buy a membership and later decide that UI is not for you and you have not taken advantage of any of the many benefits, we will gladly refund your membership fee.

When you go to check out of the store to buy the membership, you must agree, download and return a signed agreement to us within 30 days. 

In order to obtain a refund, call 888-SCAN-4-IR and email sales@unitedinfrared.com.

REFUND OF THE TRAINING FEES 
Module fees are refundable within 30 days of purchase provided user has not attended live class or has logged into account and no user benefits or materials have been sent or received. In regards to live module course(s), fees are refundable before 30 days of next appropriate module class date, provided no module benefits or training have been received by affiliate.

ADDITIONAL TIME FOR ONLINE TRAINING COURSES

After purchasing any online training course, you are granted 90 days to complete it. If more than 90 days is required to complete the course, you will need to purchase an additional 30 days of use at $95 per 30 days. Should you require a longer amount of time, need to stop and start the course at a later date, or wish to retake the course again, you can pay at the course's refresher rate (85% off retail price).

REFUND OF PHYSICAL ITEMS
Equipment warranties are handled individually by manufacturers. Normally stocked items can be returned within 30 days with a 20% restocking fee provided in brand new condition and packaging is not opened or damaged. All custom ordered products including infrared cameras are not refundable. Deposits on Custom Orders, Special Orders, or Closeout products are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

TAXES
Sales Tax is charged on all equipment orders shipped to North Carolina and California. There is no sales tax on training.

PRICING CHANGES
It is understood that the prices herein are subject to change at any time. It is further understood that all warranties, disclaimers, limitations of liability and indemnity herein shall apply with respect to all training products covered by any such change and that no modification or rescission of any such warranty, disclaimer, limitation or liability for damages or indemnity agreement shall be binding on us unless contained in express writing to that effect signed by us.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed.

FORCE MAJEURE
United Infrared, Inc. shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God, labor disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, supplies or raw materials, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstances or cause beyond our control.
